Dalia poha I learnt this recipe from my cook, she used to make this Dalia for my lunch and everyone in my office used to love this Dalia Poha recipe , so here you go ⬇️ . ๐ŸŒพIngredients: Dalia (broken wheat) Veggies of your choice Chopped onion Grated garlic and ginger Garam masala powder Turmeric powder Cumin powder Curry leaves Chopped Green chillies Chopped coriander leaves . ๐ŸŒพRecipe: Wash broken wheat and keep aside. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves now add green chillies and grated ginger garlic, saute for while , now add chopped veggies and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. . Now add broken wheat and powder masala's Saute for one minute, now add water just one inch above from pan material and close the lid. . Let it cook for 10-15 minutes in between if you feel more water required for cooking add water, stir occasionally. . When it's cooked add chopped dhania (coriander leaves). . And Ta-da it's done ❣️
