  1. Poha is anytime my favourite for morning breakfast or mid day meals. I am having it at least twice a week. Though I have never tried adding dalia in it, but will definitely give it a try.

It is hard to stay calm all the time as we are humans as well. We do have hard time where we lose ourself, it's a lie long mindful journey. As a mother, as a father and as a parent grow and evolve equally with our children. Observing our child and following their uniqueness is such a beautiful thing, Just stop for a moment and think about your natural way of parenting and customise/personalise it to your child. But later i realised she does a lot of things independently which many kids of her age don't . S

One in four women will experience a miscarriage in their lifetime – that’s 25% of ALL women – why is it we can’t talk about it? . Pregnancy loss is subterranean in our culture. We really only see the “success” stories. For every “we’re pregnant!” post on Instagram, Facebook there are untold numbers of women and men who never shared their struggles with fertility or lost pregnancies. . Most pregnancy loss this early in the gestational period is due to chromosomal abnormalities that are incompatible with life . For writing on this topic I thought to do some research first ofcourse with Google baba  I read around 30-40 stories of miscarriages and with every story my heart was sinking and beating like I am doing some rollar coster ride . But mommies we should talk about this, we should make
