Getting out of your comfort zone has its benefits๐Ÿ’œ

Using a menstrual cup is definitely one of the best things I have ever done for my body. 1 EverCup = 10 years of use. Don’t get discouraged if your very first period with the cup isn’t super smooth and easy. It takes time to get comfortable with the menstrual cup. . "Some of us mourned losses and said goodbyes to the babies who grew in our hearts, but not our bellies." . Why we never talk about miscarriages? Is it still a stigma attached to this topic . One in four women will experience a miscarriage in their lifetime – that’s 25% of ALL women – why is it we can’t talk about it? . Pregnancy loss is subterranean in our culture. We really only see the “success” stories. For every “we’re pregnant!” post on Instagram, Facebook there are untold numbers of women and men who never shared their struggles with fertility or lost pregnancies. . Most pregnancy loss this early in the gestational period is due to chromosomal abnormalities that are incompatible with life . For writing on this topic I thought to do some research first ofcourse with Google baba  I read around 30-40 stories of miscarriages and with every story my heart was sinking and beating like I am doing some rollar coster ride . But mommies we should talk about this, we should make

Are women bad at finances? Why do we think like this? ๐Ÿ˜Š . So yesterday I attended the event by @maxlifeinsurance through @momspresso #mymoney And it was a great insightful and fun session with Mr. Alok Bhan Director and Chief Marketing Officer. . Now coming to the point ๐Ÿ˜€ Let me continue from where I started , remember our mother, Grand Ma's how managed to surprise our family with some extra cash whenever the family needed money to take care of an unforeseen expense. That time that's how they used to save ๐ŸŒฟ . The problem is a majority of women in India don’t want to get involved in money matters and let the men in their families manage their all financial affairs. And I am no different ๐Ÿคฆ . Why are women, even those who are well educated and holding positions of responsibility, so reticent when it comes to their finances๐Ÿ™‚ . So, why don’t women take an active interest in investing? . A financial plan can empower you to accomplish what you have dreamt of achievin
