Judge me not!

India me Judge karna ek bimari hai jo hazaron saal se chalti aa rahi hai 😶
Log to Bhagwan ko bhi judge karte hain hum to phir bhi Insaan hi hain .😁

And I feel moms get judged way too much in society, Jiske conceive karte hi uspe judgement shuru ho jaati hai, "kaisi maa ho tum apne hone wale bachhe ke liye doodh bhi nahi pee sakti ,Maa to kya kya karti hain"

Agar baby C section ke through hua to "pure time aram kiya hoga ghar ka kaam kiya hota to operation ki jarurat na padti "

Normal delivery hui to "hospital acha raha hoga warna aajkal saare doctor operation hi kar dete hain"

Agar breast feed kara rahe ho to "tum ye nahi kha sakti tum bahar nahi ja sakti " aur agar formula feed karaya aur bacha kisi aur reason se bhi roya to(maybe because of colic pain or feeling sleepy) "bachhe ka pet hi nahi bharta hoga, pilane ki koshish hi nahi ki hogi, figure kharab ho jayegi isliye breastfeed nahi karati hogi bla bla bla "(no matter how much she has tried and how much guilty she feels for not breastfeeding her child🙁)

Agar postpartum maa ne weight lose nahi kiya "omg she hasn’t lost the baby weight yet.”
Seriously sabse pehli chiz ye notice ki aapne ?
How about the cute little baby she pushed out of her vagina few months back? 😈

I am a parent every second of every day, aapne mujhe thodi der ya ek do dino ke liye dekha hoga but you don’t see what my life is like most of the time😊

Frankly I don't give a shit what people think about my motherhood and my parenting style, I feel so accomplished when see my baby ❤️

So beautiful mothers, there's things we can control and things that we can't to chhodo bekar ki baatein, kuch to log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kehna 😊

Koi bhi mother perfect nahi hoti par apne bachhe ke liye har mother perfect banna chahti hai 🤗
-Continued (some other day)

I am the most important influence in my child's life

Parenting is one of the most blissful yet challenging journeys we will ever undertake in our life. But as a parent, most of the time, you are clueless about it. It is hard to stay calm all the time as we are humans as well. We do have hard time where we lose ourself, it's a lie long mindful journey. As a mother, as a father and as a parent grow and evolve equally with our children. Observing our child and following their uniqueness is such a beautiful thing, Just stop for a moment and think about your natural way of parenting and customise/personalise it to your child. So many unwanted suggestions on feeding, boasting that others ' children are eating well, staying bubbly, reading and writing well really leads to guilt and worry. Even I was worried at one point because all kids around knew their colors/Alphabets and were very prompt in recognising them. But my kid wouldn't . But later i realised she does a lot of things independently which many kids of her age don't . S...

Getting out of your comfort zone has its benefits💜

Using a menstrual cup is definitely one of the best things I have ever done for my body. 1 EverCup = 10 years of use. That’s 10 years without pad and  #tampon  waste—and putting harmful chemicals in your body and the  #earth Pads are made from plastic based. These plastic component take around 500-800 years to decompose. When you choose to use a #menstrualcup , you’re choosing the world , your health, your wallet 💜 . No need of worrying every month to buy ⠀ 💜Doesn't require to change every hour during heavy flow days😁⠀ 💜Can sleep better at night without any worries of staining😁⠀ 💜It's eco-friendly and pocket-friendly too.😁 💜It's guilt free as you're not contributing to polluting our beautiful planet.😁 . Don’t get discouraged if your very first period with the cup isn’t super smooth and easy. It takes time to get comfortable with the menstrual cup. . Menstrual cups are eco friendly and skin friendly too, they don’t soak up...
