Recipe:- Coconut Cookies 🍪

Ingredients-
300gm of maida 
250gm of butter
300gm of coconut powder
150gm of powdered sugar
5 tsp of crystal sugar (normal refined sugar)
Pinch of salt
Glazed cherries (optional)

Method-
Beat butter and sugar till light fluffy. Sieve maida and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a soft dough.

Roll the dough and cut it into the shape of small cookies with the help of biscuit cutter. If you don't have the cutter , simply rollout small balls from the dough and Pierce them with help of fork .
Place on baking tray. Bake at 170° centigrade for 25 minutes.

Serve with tea or coffee 💜

Dalia poha I learnt this recipe from my cook, she used to make this Dalia for my lunch and everyone in my office used to love this Dalia Poha recipe , so here you go ⬇️ . 🌾Ingredients: Dalia (broken wheat) Veggies of your choice Chopped onion Grated garlic and ginger Garam masala powder Turmeric powder Cumin powder Curry leaves Chopped Green chillies Chopped coriander leaves . 🌾Recipe: Wash broken wheat and keep aside. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves now add green chillies and grated ginger garlic, saute for while , now add chopped veggies and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. . Now add broken wheat and powder masala's Saute for one minute, now add water just one inch above from pan material and close the lid. . Let it cook for 10-15 minutes in between if you feel more water required for cooking add water, stir occasionally. . When it's cooked add chopped dhania (coriander leaves). . And Ta-da it's done ❣️
